30-Day Digital Return Policy
At TravelMotivv Digital Store, we offer a 30-day return policy for digital products. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number to receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Refunds will not be processed without a valid RMA. We will refund the purchase price to your original payment method once the return is processed.
Conditions for Digital Returns:
- The digital product must not have been downloaded or accessed extensively.
- We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product has been excessively used or downloaded.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Items that are personalized or customized cannot be returned.
- Products purchased during a sale or with special discounts are not eligible for returns.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
Digital Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange your digital product, please return the original item for a refund and make a separate purchase for the new product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
- Customers within the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days for any reason. The digital product must not have been downloaded or accessed.
Processing Refunds:
- Once we receive your return request and validate it, we will inform you if the refund is approved.
